Our current portfolio combines a commercial precision-fermentation product with advanced ether-lipid programmes progressing through research, regulatory development and commercial evaluation.
COMMERCIAL PRODUCT
Sprevive®: precision-fermented spermidine
Sprevive® is a high-purity spermidine platform produced through precision fermentation. Spermidine is a naturally occurring polyamine found in human cells and foods and is widely studied for its role in cellular maintenance.
Precision fermentation provides a consistent, analytically defined alternative to variable food extracts and mixed-polyamine sources. Pelagic is preparing its own branded Sprevive format and works with selected partners on product development and commercial supply.

EARLY ACCESS
Etheriol™: advanced LPE(O) ether lipid
Etheriol™ is a compositionally defined, non-animal-derived LPE(O) ether lipid. LPE(O) molecules sit within the pathways used by the body to make plasmalogens, an important family of membrane lipids.
Pelagic is developing Etheriol as a precise and reproducible alternative to variable animal-derived plasmalogen extracts and indirect nutritional precursors. The programme includes analytical characterisation, safety assessment, formulation development and human research.
Etheriol is available to qualified academic and commercial partners for evaluation, research supply and product development.

Neurisy™: next-generation LPC(O)
Neurisy™ is Pelagic’s next-generation choline ether-lipid programme. It is being developed to investigate the potential of LPC(O) molecules for advanced delivery and future brain-health applications.
Status: in development. Neurisy is not currently available for sale.
Endoceutical is Pelagic’s product-development term for a health ingredient based on a molecule naturally present in the human body, or a closely related precursor that can enter the same biological pathways. It is not a separate legal or regulatory product category.

Use human data, metabolomics, lipidomics and causal analysis to identify a promising endogenous bioactive.
Step 2: Design
Select the molecular form, precursor, production route and product
format best suited to translation.
Step 3: Produce
Create reproducible supply using synthetic biology, precision fermentation or advanced chemistry.
Step 4: Validate
Establish identity, quality, safety and biological activity through analytical and research programmes.
Step 5: Commercialise
Translate the science into ingredients, finished products and selected
partner applications.
